Characterized by spasmodic forms of government formations, the Mordaeks exist with a nomadic way of life. However, occaisionally small civilizations will sprout beneath the leadership of individuals. In this case, a loose and hardly structured form of government will result. These are often called Holds.
Mordaek government consists primarily of leadership from four areas:
The Provisioners have the capability to employ people underneath them. This consists of placing leadership roles on others to divide the responsibility. However, these are not included in this break down, due to the fact they are under the discretion of the Provisioners and are not set in stone. In addition, I'd like to note that the Provisioners are often referred to as Masters.
In order to watch out for the Hold's interests, there is a single figure elected by the common folks. He carries a stronger vote among the figures, and it takes 3/4 vote to override him.
His is called the Hold Master.
The common people have the capability to overrule the judgments of the Masters. The Mordaek have used this to keep a strong thumb on the Government, and to employ the people they wish to be their overseers.
There is tax within the Hold as well. Used to fund the Masters' projects that ultimately benefit the hold (such as defense and fortifications). These taxes fluctuate, depending entirely on the project being undergone.
They ultimately use the barter system.

- Battle Provisioner - In charge of the armory and directing the forces of the Hold in the ways of scouting, soldiery, and combat.
- Rations Provisioner - Overlooks the food provisioning inside of the Hold.
- Masonry Provisioner - Directs the building of the Hold. Underneath his guidance, the armory flourishes and the Hold walls are kept in condition. Other sorts of structures are formed beneath the eyes of the Masonry Provisioner, such as the village homes.
- Mercantile Provisioner - The Mercantile Provisioner keeps the merchants in line and the conditions of such fair. Prices are set under guidelines as directed by them.
