1. Eldest of the Wise – It is the job of the Eldest to listen and judge with wisdom on the dealings of the guild. They are given the task of governing and ruling the clan. In the end, they have the final Voice.
2. Council of the Voice – Councilmen convene with the Eldest to discuss important aspects of the guild and how to solve them. They are given the respect of Voice, in which they can speak without repression. Any member of the Council can request a meeting, and any member of the Council can adjust settings of the guild to the highest extent of any other rank.
3. Speaker of the Eyes – The Speakers are the words of the Watchers. They are not in the Council, but they report to them with what they learn and see with the Eyes. Speakers look out for the best interest of the guild, and are allowed to sit-in on meetings with the Council and the Eldest.
4. Watcher of the Paths – A Watcher is knowledgeable and understanding; they possess the skill of observance. Watchers are the Eyes that keep a keen sight on propriety and morality. Their life is spent as a high-ranked warrior within the clan, always upholding the views of the guild. Whenever they must report, they go to a Speaker.
5. Advocate of the Sword – Advocates are the Champions of the Sword. Their name reflects their position within the three rankings of warriors; despite this powerful title, they rank second beneath the highly faithful Watchers. As powerful fighters, they fight for the guild with their life, and strive to one day be Watchers or more.
6. Acolyte of the First – First of the true Devoted, they are the Acolytes. Although not as powerful of warriors are the two higher ranking Advocates and Watchers, they are loyal and strong as the willow. They endure the hardships of the guild, and strive for perfection.
7. Child of the Accepted – The Children are finally accepted truly in the guild due to their shown loyalty. They still bear many burdens on their shoulders, and they are unable to show any authority in the guild except over the lowly Slaves.
8. Slave of the Dream – Though not actual slaves, the Slaves mentioned are workers who are hard pressed to attain the attention of the clan. They are placed beneath the Dream of the guild, and they are looked down upon with disrespect until they have shown their devotion.
