Spirits
Blazix's Funny Tongueflaps (Whiskey)
It is aged in charred redolent casks for six years and then finished at Wineport in their casks. This whiskey is full-bodied, slightly sooty, with a lingering hint of pepper from the finish.
Bloodied Thorn (Tequila)
Though it takes several cactuars to make but one glass of the smooth, slightly fruity, incredibly strong tequila -- it is well worth it. Even if it is a vibrant green.
Sunny Cove Spice (Rum)
While on shore leave off of the coast of Vylbrand, Ardent Dawn came across this well-rounded rum. It has hints of warm spice and a heavy touch of vanilla for a smooth, but poignant finish.
Anoxia's Not-Water (Vodka)
Though it does not have any distinguishing flavors, it pairs well with other juices or beverages.
Wines
Red Dawn (Red Wine)
It isn't aged long in order to keep the poignant flavors, which noticably consist of black cherry, plum, and bell pepper. It is a sultry red wine.
The casks from this wine are used to finish Blazix's Funny Tongueflaps, which gives it the peppery note.
Mulled Wine (Red Wine)
The mulled wine is made from a sweeter, fruity, more smooth red wine than the Red Dawn that Eventide features. Simply called Clarion, the employees at Eventide take it and heat it with various spices that include cinnamon, cloves, star anise, citrus, and sugar. It is served warm.
Crisp Morne (White Wine)
This is a white wine that is simple and dry. It is light and refreshing with a faint apple and citrus aroma.
White Petal (White Wine)
Though the name hints at a smooth experience, this white wine is actually similar to Red Dawn in that is has a note of pepper in its taste. However, that is where the similarities end. The flavor includes gooseberries, pears, and green apples.
* All of our wines are imported.
Brews
Dawn's Embrace (Dark Ale)
Dark, mild, malty ale with a hint of chocolate and a very easy finish.
The Eventide Special (Amber Lager)
A flavor that delivers a balance of full-bodied notes of hazelnut, dark rum and hint of vanilla.
First Light (Blonde Pale Lager)
A lager with a rich head, bright blonde color and a pleasant refreshing taste.
* All of our brews are produced in-house.
Shots
The Bomb and Chain
Take a small, wide glass and fill it three quarters of the way with Dawn's Embrace (dark ale). Have a shot glass filled with mint liqueur at the bottom with Sunny Cove Spice (rum) poured over it. Drop the shot glass into the ale and start your adventure. This drink is rich and smooth, but is sure to knock your socks off!
Morbol Spit
Mix Sunny Cove Original (rum) and Blazix's Funny Tongueflaps (whiskey). After pouring it into the shot glass, add sweetened lemon juice and several drops of morbol spit. Let it settle at the bottom of the glass and then serve. The amount of spit used varies on how much you hate the person you're serving. This shot will take the hide off of an aldgoat! It has a curious mixture of bitter, fire, and tang.
Rhalgr's Love
A portion of this drink is made beforehand. We take a jar and fill it with sliced limes, lemons, various spicy peppers, Anoxia's Not-Water (vodka) and Bloodied Thorn (tequila). After letting it age for a week, we strain it into another jar with sweetened lemonade. After it is mixed, it is ready to serve poured into shot glasses. Though there is a sweet and tangy side to this drink, the heat from the peppers is sure to make you forget that brief moment of pleasure on your taste buds.
Mixed Drinks
Chocobo Feather
Sliced han lemons are placed in a tumbler with ice chips and Anoxia's Not-Water (vodka). It is then strained into a fluted glass. Thinned birch syrup is poured over the top, making the mixture appear golden and then progressively a cloudy white. The rim of the glass is coated in finely crushed sugar rocks.
Shiva's Breath
This drink is made with powdered cocoa and mint liqueur. You take a mug of boiling water, add the cocoa, the liqueur, sugar to sweeten, and stir. Once mixed, add a dollop of whipped cream. Though it leaves a minty tingle on the tongue, it is sure you warm your soul.
Suddenly Tonberry!
Take a wide glass filled partially with thin ice chips. Pour in sweetened lemon juice and pineapple liqueur. Take a shot glass filled with Bloodied Thorn (tequila) and drop it in. Bottoms up! This drink is deceptively sweet, but the heavy tequila lingering at the bottom is a shocking surprise. Drink with caution!
